Join us on a hands, step by step sourdough class. This is a 2 hour course where you’ll learn the basics od sourdough baking which includes the following:
Feeding and maintaining starter
mixing dough
stretch and folds
bulk fermentation
shaping
baking times
we will finish up with a Q&A. Enjoy fresh bread baked during our class and delicious coffee from Roast City coffee (a local roasting company in town)
You will then take home the following:
a jar of active starter - Fed in class
supplies to make own sourdough at home : Banneton, and scoring lame
Dough fermenting in your bowl
